Mr.Ylli Gjoni CEO

Graduatd Msc. In Europian Civil Engineering in Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Paris, France. He has over 22 years of experience in Project Management, Design, Supervision and Strategic Planning on both international and domestic level for Transport Infrastructure Projects. Apart of his experience in the engineering services with international Consultants, he has successfully carried out the planning, management and implementation of numerous landmark projects worth more than 2 billion € of investments during his assignment as Deputy General Director of the Albanian Road Authority (ARA).

Mrs. Seda Beqaraj
CFO

Graduated in Faculty of Economics ,UNIVERSITY OF TIRANA, in Finance and Accounting. She has over 8 years of experience in planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility

Mrs. Marsela Kocllari
Project Manager

Graduated as MSc in Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana, in Transport Infrastructure. Since the beginning of her carrier, she has been deeply involved in the design of large-scale highways projects and feasibility studies for infrastructures projects in Albania, including tunnels, ports and airports, as well as BoQ calculations.

Project Manager

Graduated as MSc in Structural Engineering in Polytechnic University of Tirana. She has over 7 years of experience in structural design of highway bridges and hydraulic structures.
