Our Staff
SEED’s multidisciplinary staff includes 20 professional employees(main office), covering the various aspects of the design and works supervision, transport, hydraulics, geotechnical, environmental studies, structures, quantity surveying & cost estimation, etc.
Mr. Ylli Gjoni
Graduated as Msc. In Europian Civil Engineering in Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Paris, France. He has over 22 years of experience in Project Management, Design, Supervision and Strategic Planning on both international and domestic level for Transport Infrastructure Projects. Apart of his experience in the engineering services with international Consultants, he has successfully carried out the planning, management and implementation of numerous landmark projects worth more than 2 billion € of investments during his assignment as Deputy General Director of the Albanian Road Authority (ARA).
Mrs. Seda Beqaraj
Graduated in Faculty of Economics ,UNIVERSITY OF TIRANA, in Finance and Accounting. She has over 8 years of experience in planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations, legal and private and institutional financing.
Mrs. Marsela Kocllari
Graduated as MSc in Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana, in Transport Infrastructure. Since the beginning of her carrier, she has been deeply involved in the design of large-scale highways projects and feasibility studies for infrastructures projects in Albania, including tunnels, ports and airports, as well as BoQ calculations. Between these 11 years of professional experience, she has gained experience in working in multidisciplinary international teams and management of projects.
Mrs. Nadia Cobanaj
Mr. Arkid Golloshi
Graduated as MSc in Hydrotechnic Engineering, Hydraulic profile in Faculty of Civil Engineering. He has over 10 years of experience as a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Faculty as well as Hydrotechnical Designer in numerous infrastructure projects.
Mr. Arnold Zanaj
Graduated as Geodetic Engineer in Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana, he has over 15 years of professional experience as a Topographic Engineer and Quantity Engineer in design and supervision of a large spectrum of civil and infrastructure projects, as part of international and local teams of experts, urban planning with international and local contractors. He is a chartered engineer for cadastral engineering surveys, geodetic foundations, cartographic and photogrammetric design and GIS Systems.
Mrs. Blerta Thacina
Graduated as MSC in Geology in Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Geology and Mining. She has over 17 years of experience in undertaking geology studies of different infrastructure projects.
Mrs. Keida Muca
Is graduated as Msc in Environmental Engineering in the Polytechnic University of Tirana and has over 15 years of professional experience in conducting environmental audits, implementing and monitoring environmental policies, programs and projects, in accordance with international standards and European best practices, drawing up expertise on environmental issues as well as experience in managing and coordinating work on environmental issues during the supervision of construction activities, drafting implementation plans and environmental assessments for each work activity during all phases of construction works.
Mr. Agim Ajazi
Is graduated as Electrical Engineer in the Polytechnic University of Tirana and has over 40 years of professional experience in a lot of projects including experience in design and supervision.
Mr. Aurel Xhumbi
Graduated as Structural Engineer in Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has over 22 years’ experience in road alignment design, overall management of the road engineering and planning aspects, planning and scheduling of short- and long-term road infrastructure activities including works supervision.
Mrs. Edvina Kau
Graduated as MSc in Civil Engineering, Transport Profile in Polytechnic University of Tirana. She has over 22 years of experience in project management, procurement, design construction management and works supervision.
Whenever required for the solution of specific problems, the home group is integrated by external consultants and experts. Given the company’s considerable experience with important projects, financed by International Financial Institutions such as: World Bank, EBRD, EIB, EU, etc., SEED’s staff are perfectly at ease working in the main international contract conditions (FIDIC and others).
