The project aims the upgrade of Tirane-Durres Highway to a 3x3 lanes Motorway (including emergency lanes on both sides), in order to withstand constantly growing traffic volumes present in this main road artery of the Country. Our scope of services is administration and management of the works contract for the successful implementation of the project, in terms of quality, time and budget, as well as daily supervision of the construction works for widening of the existing highway alignment from km 0+000 – 3+075, which include: excavation and filling works, demolition of existing concrete structures and reallocation of existing engineering networks and utilities, road pavement, structures (Lana bridge, culverts, retaining walls, foundations, etc.), drainage works and road signs.
