The master plan project has been prepared by EMRE AROLAT Architecture. The scope of project includes preparation of the preliminary and detailed design for the internal infrastructure of Green Coast 3, a touristic complex of luxury villas and hotels in the Albanian south Riviera. The Resort extends over an area of about 159.529 m², along the coast of the Ionian Sea. The design includes the inner roads (primary and secondary), drainage, sewerage, lighting, underground networks and landscape protection. Contract amount is 98.000 Euro
