This Project has been prepared in partnership with the company SPEA Engineering. The objective of this project is to contribute to the establishment of a road safety system in Albania compliant with EU standards. The purpose of this project is to: 1. Meet EU Directive objectives for commercial vehicle inspection 2. Prepare technical specifications 3. Establish an effective traffic management system 4. Grow technical capability for accident analysis and developing road safety engineering solutions and designing and construction 5. Prepare for launch road safety awareness and public education campaigns 6. Provide guidance for the procurement including the associated documentation.
