The specific objective of this project is to provide supervision services for the performance-based maintenance of 377.5 km roads, divided in 8 lots, at the Central-East Region (Korçë), overseeing and certifying maintenance work, during: (i) initial rehabilitation; (ii) routine maintenance (including winter); and (iii) emergency repairs. The required services include the Supervision of 8 (eight) Performance Based Road Contracts (PRC) to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of road asset management and maintenance in all physical works, activities and services necessary to bring the roads / road sections of the contract to the predefined Level of Services (LoS) and to maintain and manage them for the duration of the Contract for a period of 4 years. Type of works and services to be implemented under the contract:
1. Rehabilitation works for other than pavement elements of the road;
2. Rehabilitation works for pavement referred to initial pavement works,
3. Periodic maintenance
4. Improvement Works
5. Routine maintenance
6. Emergency works
