The bridges are located within the administrative territory of Tirana Municipality, in the north-eastern and north-western parts of the city. They are conceived as an “A” Urban category road with three lanes for each direction of movement, one of which is emergency lane. The directions of movement are separated by traffic dividers (two New Jersey type concrete barriers with green space) on the axis of the road.
