The overall objective is to improve the planimetric parameters of this road network, construction of the pavement packet, implementation of structures, realization of a road signs and marks, construction of the sewerage network of white and black water and treatment of all urban spaces within the block area, through the creation of green spaces with urban furniture elements, the creation of bicycle lanes and the creation of parking spaces. The objective of the project is the reconstruction of the road with a total length of 2 km with all its elements of the road infrastructure, in order to improve the quality of community life of this area and better liaison with the surrounding areas.
