The project aims to create the first multi-functional complex for the development of different motorization sectors, and not only. A space that will bring for the first time the culture of motorsport in total safety conditions in Albania, that will enable the development of national, regional and international competitions, on the asphalt and off it, the identification and promotion of new talents in motorsport, all according to the standards set by FIA and FIM. The overall objective of the consultancy is to draw up the Master Plan / General Plan of the AMP, including security perimeter roads, connecting roads, vehicular circulation routes within the AMP, runway and parking, AMP Traffic Circulation Plan, that shows the capacity and specifications of the roads as well as the direction of taxis and buses, made available to visitors and the parking lot for the cars of visitors and staff of AMP.
