Rolling Hills by the Lake is a residential villa complex located near Farka Lake and will be developed in an area of 171.789m2. This construction area is divided into 208 villas of 25 different typologies. The terrain on which the property is located is hilly. On the north-eastern side, the relief is hilly with high slopes and stream valleys. The rest of the terrain is characterized by a significant slope and includes several green corridors in the form of valleys. Circulation in the complex will be developed through the internal road system. This system consists of entering the property through Tirana Great Ring. This road which accesses the eastern part of the property will be connected to other internal roads of the complex. The roads will be two-way and one-way and will enable distribution to each individual plot of villas. Our scope of work includes preparation of the detailed design for the internal infrastructure of the residential area prevised for the complex and the connection with the existing infrastructure, as well as design of the internal road network (primary and secondary), lighting, underground networks, landscape protection and hydrotechnical design with the following components:
