The scope of work includes the review of detailed design and works supervision for the requalification and upgrading of the existing landscape. The concept of the requalification for this area is to create a public coastal park with various recreational and sport activities, planting of trees and green areas, rehabilitation of the streams along the coastline, creation of Centre point of the coastal activity park, marine works, construction of docks, sea embankment works, paving works including exposed concrete, stone paving, stabilized ceramic, wooden paths/platforms etc. Promenades along the stream banks and the beachside will be created with ecological structures. The bicycle route extends along the entire length of the coast and will cross over the streams via wooden bridges and cantilever structure. The project starts from the “Tunel of Uji I Ftohte” and expands up to the Marina of Orikum over a distance of 11 km. The project is financed from the Saudi Fund for Development
