This Project represents a DBOT concession model and consist not only in the preparation of the feasibility study of the new Motorway Kashar- Harizaj (2x2 lanes including emergency lanes on both sides) but also the preliminary design including technical reports, design drawings, technical specifications, final BoQ, traffic and economic analysis of different alignment alternatives etc. This project starts at the Interchange with the future Thumane-Kashar Motorway with the Tirane –Durres Motorway, links with the Tirana Bypass and ends in Harizaj near Rrogozhine by making possible the road shortening in relation to the old road axis up to 20 km.
