In relation to the priority of Black Spots and based on the database of accidents with the highest number of fatalities and serious injuries, it is compiled the following list of black spots, which require immediate intervention to eliminate them: 1. Road section Lezhё – Shkodёr (SH -1) – Kallmet crossroad 2. Road section Shkodёr – Hani i Hotit (SH-1) – “Shtoj i Ri” and “Sarajet crossroads 3. Road section Shkodёr – Hani i Hotit (SH1) – “Rruga e Hurmave” crossroad 4. Road section Rrogozhinё – Elbasan (SH7) – “Gjocaj” crossroad 5. Road section Pogradec - Korçё (SH-3) – Maliq crossroad 6. Road section Pogradec – Korçё (SH3) – Bulgarec crossroad The overall objective is to find the correct solution from construction point of view (geometry, road layers, drainage, etc.) for all the above-mentioned junctions and prepare the detailed design of the intervention for the elimination of black spots, including the necessary horizontal and vertical signage and elements of road safety;
