This project is organized in two main phases “Eastern Waterfront Development’ and “Western Waterfront Development”. The development will include: Mid-scale Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Open Spaces and a Waterfront Promenade & Marina. Our scope of work includes site investigations works and the preparation of the detailed design for the internal infrastructure of the area prevised for development. Site investigations works include topographical and bathymetric survey, geological and seismic investigation, marine assessment and water quality assessment. Site geological investigations are foreseen even for Yacht Marina design, part of the project for phase I.
