This Project has been prepared in partnership with the company Atelier 4 Shpk. The project aims the analysis of the existing state of land use and infrastructures in the five coastal areas, respectively, Baks-Rrjoll, Rana e Hedhun- Shëngjin Port, Tale, Ishmi Delta and Spille, according to the provisions of the planning and development legislation. The project consists in three phases: Phase I: Territorial Analysis and Territorial Strategy Phase II: Development Plan, Preliminary Plan Regulation and Strategic Environmental Assessment Phase III: Detailed Development Plan, Detailed Plan Regulation The services to be provided are to identify and develop key infrastructures and their impact on the territory under study related to public engineering infrastructure comprising the entirety of existing and proposed spaces and constructions, and aimed at delivering public services in Transport.
