This Project has been prepared in partnership with the company AEMA shpk. The required services included the supervision Works contract for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Monastery of St. Mary in Apollonia, Fier, including the respective Defects Liability Period. The proposed intervention will cover the monuments within the Monastery space, including Statuary Portico, Refectory Building, Church, Archaeological Repository, and Museum, landscaping of the Park, and construction of inner paths and parking area. As Supervisor, we were involved during all stages of the project implementation, with the objective to ensure the presence of key personnel on the site to supervise construction works. The supervision was completed in accordance with the relevant EU and domestic legislation.
