This Project has been prepared in partnership with the company Atelier 4 Shpk. The overall purpose of the project is to obtain integrated urban design concept and to develop detailed urban design as well as to conduct supervision of the contracted works of investments programs for both Berati and Permeti towns. The service consists in the preparation of the detailed design of the infrastructure network, both pedestrian and vehicle roads located in the modern city and old historic quarter as well as to prepare the relevant bill of quantities and the technical specifications.
Construction works value 4.4 million €
